Property Insurance

For Rented Homes or other Dwellings, this will include Protection for the Building, Detached structures and Landlord Contents within the Property (ex. Appliances or Furnishings). For Condo owners, it includes the Landlord’s Contents, Unit Betterments, and protection against strata related Assessments.

Loss of Rental Income

Compensates the owner for loss of rent if the rental property is uninhabitable following an insured loss.

Additional Coverages

Your policy can be fully customized with additional protection against Sewer Backup, Flood, Earthquake, and more.

Can I get insurance for multiple rental properties?

My Tenants have moved out, does this affect my rented property insurance?
